All of us dread making wrong choices that have the potential to significantly affect our future. We wish that there were some formula or magical means to aid us in our decision-making. Did you know that Christianity provides a way that is far better and less stressful? Today, in our message entitled ‘Purpose’, we will learn the first element of getting the directions that we need to live confidently and successfully. 

1. When have you sought to know God’s direction for something in your life? Was there anything lacking in your motivation and approach towards seeking God’s will?

2. Read Romans 12:2. What purpose have you been living for? To what extent have you been conformed to the patterns of this world, and what do you need to change?

3. Now that you know God’s purpose for you, what are some practical decisions you ought to make differently in your life?

The Christian God portrays himself as a good shepherd who guides his sheep. What we need to understand is that his primary means of guidance is through his written word, the Bible. But how does the Bible help us when it does not give specific directions for making the decisions we face in our lives? Pastor Tiak addresses that highly relevant question in this message.
