A Home
For Future
Generations

The Building Fund is our investment into a permanent home and a future legacy.

We are trusting God for $25–30 million over the next two years to establish a permanent home that will meet our ministry needs for the next few decades. More than a building project, this is an investment in future generations—a place where lives will be transformed, disciples will be made, and communities will be impacted for generations to come. Join us in building this legacy by making a pledge today.

Learn Our History

Singpost

2001 – 2011

A small but passionate community gathered with a heart to seek God and build His church. It was a season of laying foundations, growing in faith, and believing for greater things ahead.

Novotel

2011 – 2012

As the church continued to grow, Brighton moved to Novotel Clarke Quay. It marked a new chapter of expansion, outreach, and strengthening the church community in the heart of the city.

Storhub

2012 – 2014

The move to Storhub Toa Payoh represented a season of resilience and adaptability. Even in an unconventional space, the church remained committed to creating a home where people could encounter God.

Foo Chow & Ubi

2015 – 2026

Brighton’s move to Foo Chow & Ubi marked another exciting milestone in the church’s journey. With a greater space to gather, serve, and minister, the church continues to grow with a vision to impact lives and reach more people with the love of Jesus.

How To Give

You can give through PayNow, Bank Transfer, Electronic Deferred Payment or Cash.

FAQS

  • The church has been renting premises for more than 26 years across 5 different venues, and has been displaced 3 times at short notice. A permanent building would provide stability, remove dependence on landlords, free up volunteer capacity currently spent on weekly setup and teardown, and serve as a lasting legacy and a visible witness to the wider community in Singapore.

  • The vision is for a permanent home that serves Brighton's full range of ministry needs — a main worship auditorium, dedicated spaces for Kids' Church, youth and young adults, cell groups and discipleship, as well as facilities for community outreach and missions. Having our own building means no more scrambling for space, no more early morning setups, and the freedom to grow and serve without the limitations of rented premises.

  • $35–40 million. The full project cost will depend on the site and building plans, which will be firmed up as we progress. Beyond what is raised through pledges, the church will explore financing options including bank loans and other funds. Leadership will provide updates as the project develops.

  • This is a commitment to raise funds for Brighton Community Church's very first permanent church building. The goal is to reach at least $25 million, which will allow the church to launch the building project.

  • For 2026 and 2027, the GTTK offering is being modified. Instead of a one-time lump sum collected in one month, members are being asked to make a pledge of a total amount they will give from June 2026 to May 2028.

  • We are trusting God in faith for full provision. If giving falls short of the goal, church leadership will prayerfully review priorities and adjust the scope or timing of the project. We remain committed to the vision of securing a permanent home for Brighton — the timeline may change, but the calling does not.

  • Fill in the online pledge form. You will need to provide your pledge amount, name, mobile number, and email. You will receive a confirmation email with your pledge amount and giving details.

  • As much as you can! The call is to give sacrificially, in proportion to your own circumstances. Whether it means forgoing a car upgrade, fewer holidays, less on renovations, or simply fewer bubble tea runs — every member is encouraged to reflect prayerfully on what sacrifice looks like for them personally.

  • Yes, couples may make a joint pledge. However, if you manage your finances separately, you may each pledge individually — just align with your spouse beforehand.

  • Every amount given in faith counts. Whatever your stage in life, let's be a part of this together. God honours faithful giving at every level.

  • As soon as possible, and not later than 31 May 2028. The sooner you give, the faster the building project can be launched. Please do not wait until the last day.

  • Yes. The pledge is designed to be fulfilled anytime between now and 31 May 2028. You are welcome to give in instalments — monthly, quarterly, or whenever you are able. What matters is that you make a commitment and honour it progressively.

  • Remember to include your giving code (GTK-[your mobile number]) each time so your gifts are credited to your pledge.

  • Simply submit a new pledge form. The pledge window remains open till 31 May 2028. Continue to use your GTK-[mobile number] code when you give.

  • Please do not reduce your existing regular giving to fund your pledges. The call is to give sacrificially above your current giving.

  • Only the Finance Manager will have access to individual pledges and giving information. The senior pastor, full-time staff, council members and church leaders will not know the amount you pledge or give.

  • You may contact the Finance Manager directly at huiting.chin@brighton.org.sg. Rest assured that all information shared will be kept strictly confidential.
