GROWING IN PURITY
BROADCAST
-
We love the idea that the Christian God is a loving father who accepts us no matter what we do because Jesus has already paid for all our sins. However, in this message, we see God doing something which completely challenges our assumption, and which also highlights the pitfalls we must avoid as a church.
-
1. When have you done something good with impure or mixed motives? What should be the correct course of action when you find yourself struggling to do the right thing for the wrong reason?
2. What are some things you have noticed in church which demonstrate a lack of reverence for God? Why do we tend to take God’s grace for granted?
3. Share 2 things you want the CG to hold you accountable for doing that will help you to be a doer rather than merely a hearer of the Word.

Final Season, Part 3
Christ did not just give himself to bring the church into existence; he is also committed to make the church holy and radiant. In this next instalment of the book of Acts, we look at what Christ desires to see in his church and how he works to present her to himself as a bride without stain, wrinkle or any other blemish.

Standalone Sermon – 27 Sep 2026From Overwhelmed To Overflowing
Most of us try to produce a fruitful life by working harder — and end up exhausted instead. In this passage, Jesus offers a different picture: he's the vine, we're the branches, and fruit was never something we were meant to manufacture on our own. This message traces that shift — from the exhausting effort of trying to be the vine, to the quiet work of simply staying connected to the one who is.
October Sermon SeriesIt Is Not Fair!
We often judge the idea of God by our own standards of fairness. We assume that if there is a God, he must see right and wrong the way we do. When his dealings with people appear inconsistent or unfair, many conclude that he cannot be real. This series examines some of these objections and offers a rational and coherent way to make sense of God's fairness.
